Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



All returns must be posted (with proof of receipt) within seven (7) days of the received date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, with all original tags, labels attached.


Please note; after seven (7) days the item/s are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, only store credit.



To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


It is important to note that Consumer Guarantees do not apply if you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it, so please check the product listing carefully at the time of purchase. 


You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us to obtain a RMA number, send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. This is non-negotiable.

Products that have been used can not be returned.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please note; after seven (7) days the items/s are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, only store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns - this is non negotiable.
